Why is LEMON JUICE mostly artificial ingredients.... but DISH WASHING LIQUID contains real lemons?

The Lemon Juice you buy in the store has to have preservatives in it, and it is mostly citric acid (like lemons).





Dish washing liquid doesn't contain real lemons either. They may claim they have ';the cleaning power of lemons';, but they too, need preservatives and an ';active ingredient';, which is usually citric acid as well, to make them work.Why is LEMON JUICE mostly artificial ingredients.... but DISH WASHING LIQUID contains real lemons?
