use both! use the liquid for a all over coverage and then use the powder very lightly over the 'T' zone on the face to take the shine off, but don't over do it or you will have a dark 'T' zone that looks odd.Matte powdery finish or liquid dewy finish foundation?
I'm not sure because I use Dermablend cake makeup. It lasts all day!!
Depends on your skin type. Go to a makeup stand somewhere and try both looks (one on one side of your face, the other look on the side) and see what you like best. For most natural go with liquid foundation with powder over it.
