I have a liquid that is 18% active ingredient and want to mix it to 2% in 1 1/3 gallons.?

basically i am mixing an herbacide. the concentrate is 18% active. how many oz. of concentrate to 1 1/3 gal.(~170 oz.) to make it 2% active?I have a liquid that is 18% active ingredient and want to mix it to 2% in 1 1/3 gallons.?

So 1/9 will be the concentrate
