Some bought curry powders in packets include vinegar as an ingredient. Vinegar is liquid at room temp.?

How can a liquid at room temperature such as vinegar be an ingredient in a dry powder? Some bought curry powders in packets include vinegar as an ingredient. Vinegar is liquid at room temp.?
Same as powdered milk - the water is removed, leaving all other compounds untouched. Some bought curry powders in packets include vinegar as an ingredient. Vinegar is liquid at room temp.?
I strongly disagree. Vinegar minus water is a liquid; mostly ethanoic acid. Report Abuse

My daughter lives in Europe and vinegar as we know it doesn't exist there.

It comes in powder form which has to be mixed with water.

Hope this solves the problem.
