Is there a black eyeliner pencil that gives the shiny finish of liquid eyeliner and is waterproof?

I'm looking for an eyeliner pencil that gives that patent shiny finish that liquid eyeliner provides, I also really prefer an automatic pencil over a wood one, and it has to be waterproof?Is there a black eyeliner pencil that gives the shiny finish of liquid eyeliner and is waterproof?

What you described is possible, but unfortunately it's discontinued it was the MAC pearlglide liners in Fall 2008, while it's a pencil liner it gives the effect you are looking for. I think at this point you should just stay with liquid liner for the effect, liquid liner is almost always waterproof.
well you might not be able to find all of that in one. You might have to be a little less picky.





You can probably find a good gel pencil liner that would give a shinier look than a kohl pencil. Otherwise, try and learn to apply liquid liner.
